Aspen Mountain is a ski resort I've wanted to go to since I was ten or eleven. I had this old, low budget computer game called Ski Resort Tycoon, released in 2001. It had a bunch of (horribly inaccurate) recreations of mountains, from Vail, Marmot Basin, Sun Valley, Mammoth Mountain, Aspen Mountain, and more. And this janky game greatly contributed to the list of ski resorts young me wanted to go to, places I had otherwise never heard of before.
