Stratton should get that user facing software installed ASAP. Had to book some equipment rentals and lessons for a friends child who was staying with us and it was torture. Only good news is their call center was staffed and I only had to wait a few minutes and they were able to get everything corrected.

On another note fairly new listener and subscriber and really enjoy the inside look at the ski industry. There are some really interesting, articulate and smart people running some amazing companies and mountains. Been telling my skiing friends about the podcast often and posting some links here and there on social media. Keep up the good work.
