Absolutely love and agree with everything you said about Midwest ski areas and skiers. I also grew up in Michigan and still skiing bumps in Wisconsin. Sure I love skiing out West, but am lucky to have the time and money maybe once every couple of years to go where I have 5 areas within an hour’s drive from me that I can go to any time I want. Plus, Bohemia is only a half day’s drive away, and i’d put it up against anything else in the country when the conditions are right (which is most of the time). Thank you for your coverage of a part of the country that definitely does get the attention it deserves!
