"If Indy Pass were a shell game, it would be quickly exposed and resorts would flee. We are seeing the opposite happen ... operators are looking at the potential and examining the results, and they are seeing a team worth joining."
For years, I was part of the clamor for Alterra to buy Jay. But the Indy Pass expansion and my experience on Ikon the last two years changes that. There's soul at Jay still, and soul at the other Indy Pass hills. Tacking on the Indy to a Jay, Magic, Cannon, or Saddleback season pass feels like the only way to go for a certain type of skier. Me among them.
This is not right. I just spoke to Indy Pass and they confirmed it is effective immediately. I would go back to the ticket window and ask to speak with someone higher up.
This rubbed me the wrong way throughout the article. I'm an Indy Pass holder this year and have used it a bunch in the northwest. I was previously an Epic and Ikon passholder, which gave great access in Utah but much less so now I'm in the NW. Epic and Ikon are both good deals if you're in certain places. If either one deserves to be misspelled, it's Ikon, which misspelled its own name right from the start.
BOOM:

Nice work as always.

Just tried to use at saddleback. Not effective until March 1st they said.

Will correct that. Thanks.
Is there a reason for the consecutive misspelling of "Epic" as "Epik"?
