Epic Pass Tweaks Swiss Network with Expanded 2025-26 Verbier Access
All other access tiers unchanged as prices tick up to $1,051 Epic, $783 Epic Local
For 210 years, Switzerland has remained a neutral state. Established at the 1815 Treaty of Paris, that stance allowed this nation in the heart of Europe to avoid invasion in both World Wars.
There will be no such maneuvering in the Ski Megapass Wars of 2008 to [we’ll see]. For three years, Vail Resorts has been marching through Switzerland. The company acquired a majority of Andermatt-Sedrun in 2022, added neighboring Disentis to the Epic Pass the following spring, and announced a majority stake in Crans-Montana in 2023. Today, the company further consolidated its footprint in this small but ski-dense European nation, adding longtime partner Verbier 4 Vallées to the Epic Local Pass for the first time.

But the addition, however underwhelming, does signal Vail’s intention to continue building a EuroFortress as formidable as its outposts in Colorado or Lake Tahoe.
Other than Verbier access, 2025-26 Epic Pass access remains identical to 2024-25 access. Prices increased a bit over seven percent from last year’s early-bird rates:

The Epic Day Pass continues to be perhaps the most under-rated discount product in skiing. Check out the rates especially on the 22-resort version, which is good at some sizable ski areas in New Hampshire and Pennsylvania:
Details on the 2025-26 Epic Pass suite follow similar announcements by Mountain Collective and Indy Pass. Ikon typically releases early-bird passes around this time, and I will break those products down as soon as they’re available. In the meantime, here’s a deeper look at the 2025-26 Epic Pass offerings:
